Mango Mezcal Margarita


2 oz Un Momento con Mango Mezcal
0.5 oz triple sec
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
Ice cubes
Tajin or salt to rim the glass

Add ice to cocktail shaker, then add Un Momento, triple sec, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake contents vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the ingredients. Strain the mixer into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of lime or fresh mango if desired.

The Smoky Paloma


If desired, rim a highball glass with salt by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it in salt. Fill the glass with ice cubes. In a cocktail shaker, combine Espadin Mezcal, grapefuit juice, lime juice, and agave syrup. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the ingredients. Strain the mixture into the prepared highball glass over the ice. Top off the glass with club soda, to your preferred level of fizziness. Gently stir to combine the ingredients. Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit and sprig of thyme. Sip and savor the delightful smoky flavors of the Smoky Paloma. Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less agave syrup, depending on your preference.

1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

Wild Spice Margarita


2 oz Un Momento Tepeztate Mezcal
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz agave syrup
1/2 oz triple sec
2 dashes of aromatic bitters
Chili powder and salt (for rimming the glass)
Lime wedge and chili pepper for garnish
Ice cubes

Rim a margarita glass with a mixture of chili powder and salt by running a lime wedge around the rim dipping it in the mixture. Fill the glass with ice cubes. In a cocktail shaker, combine Tepeztate Mezcal, lime juice, agave syrup, triple sec, and aromatic bitters. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the ingredients. Strain the mixture into the prepared margarita glass over the ice. Garnish with a lim wedge and a slice of chili pepper for a touch of spice. Give it a gentle stir to incorporate the flavors. Sip and enjoy the tantalizing combination of the smoky Tepeztate Mezcal with the zesty lime and subtle sweetness of the Wild Spice Margarita.
